Uncle White is a Whitewater Hound Godbeast. He is a Grandmaster of Formations.
Overview[]
He is introduced as Ji Yichuan's spirit beast and after his death, he became his son Ji Ning's spirit beast and followed him to the Black-White College in Stillwater City.
He is an early Void stage Ki Refiner and is considered very knowledgeable on the Dao of Formations.
Appearanace[]
In his original monster form, he is described as a large snowy white dog with long cottony fur and appearing very docile.
After establishing his Zifu, he gained the ability to transform into a humanoid form. In this form, he is said to have almost the exact same appearance as Ji Yichuan apart from him having white hair and a warm and gentle atmosphere around him.
Personality[]
Kind, warm and gentle; he has a brotherly bond with his master Ji Yichuan, he cares deeply about Yichuan's son, Ji Ning, who reciprocates his affection and refers to him as Uncle White, considering him a member of his own family.
He has a very calm disposition which is often in contrast to Ji Ning's other spirit beast Qingqing.
History[]
During his youth, he formed a spirit beast bond with Ji Yichuan and followed him as the latter adventured out into the world. During this time, Ji Yichuan journeyed to the Darknorth sea where he met with and later married Yuchi Snow.
She became pregnant with Yichuan's child (Ning) and they, then, began a journey back to the Ji clan of Swallow Mountain in Stillwater Commandery along with Yuchi Snow's brother Yuchi Mount. During the journey, they were attacked by Dong Seven and his followers due to Dong Seven's desire to rape Snow. Naturally, Ji Yichuan and Yuchi Mount fought to defend Yuchi Snow and the ensuing battle resulted in Yuchi Mount's death, Yichuan's Zifu being warped and Yuchi Snow and her unborn child being injured. White saved Yuchi and Ning by carrying them and running away with them.
